Frozen Pina Colada

Servings - 4
Ingredients
4 oz white rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
3 cups ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
- If using an Instant Cooking Blender, pulse on speed 10 for 40 seconds. For other blenders, pulse for 30-60 seconds or until ice is completely crushed and drink is frothy.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve garnished with maraschino cherries and pineapple slices.
Coconut Lime Margarita
Servings - 1
Equipment
- cocktail shaker
- cocktail glass
- measuring jigger
Ingredients
- 2 oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- toasted coconut for the rim
- lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the glass by rimming the top with agave syrup and dip it into the toasted coconut. Add fresh ice to the glass.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until nice and cold, about 20-30 seconds, and pour into the prepared glass. Add a lime wedge for garnish, serve and enjoy!
Coconut Mai Tai
Servings - 1
Ingredients
- 2 ounces spiced rum
- 1 ½ ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- 1 Maraschino cherry
- Ice
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients except the cherry to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well blended.
- Strain into a glass.
- Add the cherry and ice if desired.
Coconut Mojito
Servings - 2
Ingredients
- 16 Large Mint Leaves
- 2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 6 Ounces Simple Syrup
- 4 Ounces Coconut Rum
- 4 Ounces Club Soda
- 2 Ounces Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Cup Ice or more as needed
Directions
- Place mint leaves and sugar into a drink shaker, and use a muddler to bruise the mint leaves.
- Pour in the simple syrup, rum, club soda, lime juice, and ice. Shake gently to combine.
- Serve in individual glasses over ice with lime wedges and mint leaves as garnish.
Frozen Coconut Banana Daiquiri
Servings - 2
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 4 ounces rum
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2/3 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Combine everything in the jar of a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.
- *To make the coconut rim, rub the rim of the glass with a fresh lime wedge and then dip it into some unsweetened shredded coconut.
